[MidWachLeague @MidWachLeague]

Travis Daugherty kicked off our Mid-Wach League Fall Workshop with an inspiring keynote and a powerful message: Champions aren’t born. They’re built.

Built through the choices we make, the effort we give, and how we respond when things get tough.

5 Hard Truths About Coaching

1. You will be judged by people who know the least.

2. Culture is built in habits, not speeches.

3. Some players won’t buy in.

4. Parents won’t always understand decisions.

5. Your impact will outlive your record.

Which one hits home?

Kara Lawson (@karalawson20) said, "Conflict is a pivotal part of a successful team."

"You commit to one another, so, when there is conflict, you can move past it."

Constructive conflict builds stronger teams.

It leads to better decision making and relationships.

Steve Kerr Coaching Gold🥇

“How are you going to coach your team?”

The #1 job of a coach is to create and build culture.
Culture is:

1. What you allow
2. What you emphasize
3. Every Day!

Culture Wins!

🇺🇸Lindsey Vonn crashes in her Olympic return.

So heartbreaking to see after the third turn, where she lost control in the air and couldn't land the jump.

She seems to be in a lot of pain — of course, skiing on that torn ACL today.

Hopefully she's okay as can be.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol just illegally arrested a U.S. citizen… a TEENAGER… in Richfield, Minnesota.

The teen was working at Target when agents tackled him and arrested him, while his passport was in his pocket, fully identifying himself as a U.S. citizen.

None of it mattered.

Why? Because he looked Latino.

When a coworker asked who to call, he said, heartbreakingly: “my mom.”

Think about that. Your teenage son goes to work, and Border Patrol kidnaps him.

This isn’t an isolated incident. ICE and Border Patrol have repeatedly illegally arrested U.S. citizens, especially in Minnesota. And after agents murdered a U.S. citizen who tried to drive away from illegal detention, this should outrage every single American.

U.S. citizens do not have to prove their citizenship. Yet, ICE and Border Patrol agents are routinely violating the Constitution, demanding proof anyway… and even refusing to accept drivers licenses or real IDs.

And now? Even a passport doesn’t matter.

This isn’t enforcement… it’s targeting Americans based on fear and appearance, treating citizens like criminals in their own country.

When will this end? When will the government stop stripping citizens of their rights and labeling them terrorists for simply existing?

BREAKING: A 7th grader named Megan on a White House tour today reportedly asked Trump, “You’re doing regime change in Venezuela to distract everyone from how your tariffs aren’t working, inflation is still rising, and the Epstein cover-up makes you look terrible, aren’t you?”

Coaching high school hoops in 2026 is a wild ride. I’m honestly surprised on a daily basis.

Players will miss practice because their aunt’s cat is having a Quinceañera, but then look at the bench with pure, unadulterated shock when they aren't starting in the fourth quarter.

No matter what your politics are, making jokes about someone with cancer or celebrating their diagnosis, shows that you are a piece of 💩.

[Brian Krassenstein @krassenstein]

BREAKING: Donald Trump Jr. is not only a disgusting human being but he is also an imbecile :

#1 There is no such thing as “stage 5 cancer”.

#2 Around 20–35% of men diagnosed with Gleason 9 prostate cancer, like Biden, already have metastatic disease at diagnosis.

Alan Jackson starts off with the most important question that MUST be hammered home to the jury - was there any taillight in the area searched by Lt. Gallagher at 7 AM in the bright daylight? Answer - NO. There was no taillight. Any taillight found later therefore must have been planted. It's open and shut. Game over.
