We can at least own a new story and unwind some of the trauma of being told there’s something “wrong” with us all of those years.

@coachcamg It's taken me years to learn not to start the "five" minute thing five minutes before I'm out the door. Because it's NEVER just a five minute thing. LOL! And those five minutes can be better used grabbing the car, keys, wallet, water bottle, mask.
