I’m simply staggered that @gmcuk & @NHSEngland are endorsing such a grossly dangerous state of affairs for patients.

Substituting PAs for qualified doctors to assess gravely unwell neurosurgical patients?

It’s absolutely terrifying, as this case demonstrates.
