Judge Tony Graf Jr. shot down a request to further delay proceedings but ended the hearing without ruling on two other key issues.

Robinson's lawyers asked the judge to remove the potential death penalty and to handcuff how prosecutors plan to introduce evidence at his upcoming preliminary hearing.

🚨🚨🚨NEW: Bodycam video shows police at the Tucson International Airport reading Sheriff Nanos a Miranda warning after he brought an undeclared, loaded gun to a TSA checkpoint on his way to vacation in Laguna Beach.

Nanos was not charged, but he missed his flight and had to stow the weapon in his car.

County residents complained to the Board of Supervisors previously that they believe he was treated more leniently than the average citizen would have been.

Active-duty members of law enforcement are typically allowed to fly armed if they meet federal requirements and declare their weapons in advance.

As for the streamers, the Pima County Attorney's Office declined to comment on their cases.

"Due to ongoing litigation, we are not able to provide a comment at this time. Thank you for your understanding, we will share updates when it becomes legally appropriate."
