@AmericanAir It took 14 hours, many attempts at messaging, many calls… but finally on excellent service administrator, Diane, to get me out. Never had any info about weather? And had to get myself to Newark to even get out the next day.

Picked up a rental car with @DollarCars yesterday. Started raining last night and discovered the wiper blades needed to be replaced. After countless calls, and waiting out the rain, was told the only option was to return to pickup location @hertz counter in #ATL (1/3)

got to the counter and they tried to double charge me ! For a car that wasn’t drivable in the rain. I was not asking compensation (hotel, meals) for being delayed. Just another car and a day to get up to #CLT. The manager of @Hertz at @ATLairport return lot charged me $200 (1/2)

@KLM This is the first time I’ve flown @KLM . And I fly #transatlantic every month. And I can say, excepting one experience with @alitalia in 2017, this is the worst experience I’ve had by far. Almost ruined my epic attempt to attend the #WorldSeries2021 in person. #KLM ? #NeverAgain

I fly US to Europe on #delta round trip every 6 weeks ! And today they made us wait in line for 30mins before redirecting us. Lady wearing an #Alitalia uniform refused to give her name; messed everything up; refused to help. Line is now 220pl with 6 staff. @delta this is awful
