@Heidi_Labour Please sort out @northernassist it’s a disaster I’ve tagged you in a post this morning the trains to Manchester from Clitheroe are a joke today my sons train at 6.56 should have got him in to Man at 8.12 he’s arrived at 9.17 his lecture started at 9am he sill has a 20 min walk

@northernassist @AndyBurnhamGM @Heidi_Labour the northern rail is a shambles . My son still isn’t in Manchester at uni 2 hours after getting on his first train that should have got in to Manchester at 8.12 please give us a decent service

@northernassist But you keep reducing the rush hour trains on this line to 2 can he now claim delay repay for 60 mins? As he is now stood at Salford waiting for an hour for the next train?

@northernassist Would rather the trains just run… the amount of times my 2 uni commuting young people have claimed delay repay is ridiculous!! It’s a service not fit for purpose too many times

@northernassist We left as it didn’t look like it was going to leave Clitheroe all it said was delayed, then as driving it left so ran to get on the train at Langho but it’s now cancelled from Blackburn & with how slow it’s going it’s questionable if they will get to the 2carrige train in time
