WE had to demand another car and after driving all the way back to the airport- again using up our 5 day time- they tried to downgrade us... attendant Francisco was obnoxious and the manager is only begrudgingly 'looking at' possible small discount after we had to become the Hulk

@hertz Everyone is talking about Southwest but our flight to Honolulu was wonderful and the pilot was gracious and kind and gave everyone a free drink for the one hour delay- but Hertz has been horrible. Our car battery died twice leaving us spending our vacation waiting on AAA.
