My watch alerted me several times that there have been changes in my daily activity trend. I was averaging 17K steps a day in the past week. Average calorie spent was 630cals. Wow. Now back to regular programming.

I nearly had a heart attack. We’re leaving for a trip soon, only to be informed that the kids’ visas were expired! We were scrambling for details on how to expedite visa processing…until we found newly-issued visas valid for several more years.
