Thank you to our NHS and to the family of nurses who make this happen. A special big thank you to Aintree NHS especially ward 9 and 8. We met so many people who are committed to their cause and cared for our mum. Where would we be without you xx
We all take our nursing staff for granted and as a teacher we sometimes forget how difficult it can be in the ‘real world’ . When your loved one is seriously ill in hospital, it makes you sit up! Little things can and do mean a lot more than big gestures.
Whichever way you voted in the EU Referendum, surely we can now all agree that this current Brexit situation is a complete & utter shambles - and that the people to blame for that are our politicians?
All of them.
For the first time ever, our lecturer today discussed the benefits of being on Twitter and the @StNurseProject! It was nice for someone at Uni to acknowledge social media and the opportunities that can arise from it...even encouraging us to become a @NursingNow2020 ambassador 👏🏼
Well a lovely quiet Sunday afternoon( we thought) then several cars, men in high vis jackets, the sounds of dogs barking excitedly, even a wild boar, running through the fields to escape the hunters and dogs back into the woods. Not your average Lazzy Sunday x
This is absolutely amazing! I have two siblings with learning disabilities & autism and we will often show new places to them on Google Maps before we take them there. To be able to show them the inside of a hospital or GP surgery - invaluable! - Beth #StNProject
