Today was my last run in Oz for 7 weeks. I leave for Sweden tomorrow. It was a foggy start this morning but cleared to a sunny day for my run this afternoon. Up early tomorrow to catch he bus to Sydney. 🚍🛫

A chilly start for parkrun #139 at Wagi Bridge. An undulating 2 lap course. #21 for the year. E2E were out in force this morning - lots of green out there! For me it was a PB at this parkrun so very happy.

It was a very chilly early morning run session today. Which then turned into a beautiful sunny day…again. A lower body strength session + core workout later in the morning.

Started the day with a functional fitness workout + day 22 #rtpcorechallenge. A good warmup for an easy run with 12 x 30s strides. Walked to the shops to do some shopping. Another gorgeous autumn day ☀️

A freezing cold start to the day but no wind. Ran the Canberra Runners 10km event this morning. Dressed appropriately but didn’t warm up much during the run. Happy with my run 😃👍🏻

A touch chilly for my run this morning but as it was 10 x 30s taper intervals I soon warmed up! Followed up with a lower body workout + core session. A lovely walk in the sunshine this afternoon.

Ran half paths/half trails this morning after doing a functional bodyweight workout + day 15 #rtpabchallenge. This afternoon I walked to the shops to get some things and then walked home. Perfect day for walking!
