Somebody had an accident on my reserved seat from Carlisle to Lancaster today. No offer of help to find another seat and I am a pensioner - was just given a bin bag! Appalling..

@TPExpressTrains Your link is for Lumo. I travelled from Ncl to Carnforth via Carlisle and Lancaster. The problem was on the Transpennine train between Carlisle and Lancaster. I did not travel on any Lumo trains.

@TPExpressTrains Trolley catering guy offered to contact conductor but no one came. The man with drinks trolley did his best and put two bin bags on it however i didn't fancy sitting in that. It was a busy train with cases everywhere however there was no help to find a seat for me.

Footage below of new build. Nesting swifts arrived within 12 months of box installation and no problems with their approach - no existing colonies within a mile. Just wish swift bricks had been installed by house builder as so much harder to add later.

@HeathrowAirport Definitely put off using Heathrow airport again after one of your employees bullied a pensioner and reduced her to tears.. Such a shame when the majority of employees are professional. Looked like she would be more suited to a job with HMP with her unecessary agressive manner

@SaraThornton1 It’s time some of the judges were replaced, especially Marcus who is biased and inconsistent. It seems to be all about the judges’ palate this year. They could do with an internship with Jeremy Chan who inspired the contestants and treated them with such respect @IkoyiLondon
