“When I grew up, I woke up every day and my mom was there. I took it for granted. She's never tired – or she never showed it. Be as tough as your mothers. They show up all the time." - Mike Krzyzewski

Listen points are awesome and will definitely be a headliner. But there are alot of girls who could score 20 every nigh lot if they wanted but you have to know the team. sometimes the teams success is higher when they score 14 and get 6 assists. Dynamics really play apart in it
So proud of our girls for competing this weekend. All 3 teams had a great weekend and got better each game. I am incredibly proud of how our club was represented the whole weekend. On & off the court they show class and it is a true testament to their character. #VEAWinterHeat 💙
Standardized tests have no place in elementary education. Because testing becomes the focus of education instead of learning. We take away the fun and excitement of learning, playing, exploring, & creating. We create test takers instead of problem solvers and innovators.
There are teachers who are strong, highly motivated, and who like to take ideas and run with them or speak up when things aren’t working. Effective leaders appreciate these teachers!
2018, more teachers resigned from the profession than any other year PRIOR.
2019, that number was SURPASSED.
2020, that number AGAIN SURPASSED.
2021, BROKE ALL RECORDS making it the biggest teacher resignation year of all-time.
Question: Was anything learned?
Answer: No!
If you’re at an education conference and you ask people how their school year is going and many look like they’re about to burst into tears…maybe this is a sign of something?
Effective teachers don't focus so much on rules, but more on relationships, routines, & expectations. If you focus mainly on rules, you will spend most of the year enforcing them. But if you focus on relationships, routines, & expectations, you rarely have to defer back to rules.
