The customer service department has been rude, unhelpful, deceitful, and incomplete. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. If I could give it -10000000 stars I would. Absolutely horrible what they are doing. Other people should know so they don’t get ripped off like me.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from in my life. I tried to return a PERFECT gown and they sent it back saying they would not accept the return because it is damaged. The letter they included in the bag was for someone else, a mixup!
