@innovativefem@EduardoHagn I think more likely we sell Martinelli and he would get a bigger fee. We then maybe keep Leo to give some sos the young signings time to bed in and develop (eg Monga). All depends on what offers the club get, though. I think one will definitely go; and maybe both.
@TheBr1ghtsid3@afcjxmes We only focus on you when you make ridiculous posts on Twitter/X. Nothing interesting about Chelsea. The club are a shambles under BlueCo.
@GoldbergCFC@EduardoHagn Chelsea has been a graveyard for many young talents. Too many attacking players competing for playing time. Few senior players to learn from. They don’t look after players.
@timstillman_ The problem is Spain has dominated England not only technically but physically. Winning every battle, knocking England players off the ball easily. Utter domination.
@lfcflorida2@raducrisanx Arsenal have won 14 English First Division/Premier League titles, second only to Man U and Liverpool (20 each), and 14 FA Cups which used to be more prestigious and more highly prized than it is currently.
@raducrisanx The entirety of Man City and Chelsea's history of any success has been in the last 20 years. And these successes were bought by oil money from the Gulf and Russia. City had 2 first division titles before 2012; Chelsea had 1 before 2005. This isn't even counting rules violations.
@fatbury@timstillman_ Think they just can't cope with Spain's swarming press. Toone, Greenwood, Walsh and many others are not up to their usual standard.
@tkteakster Ethan has great potential, but so did Reiss Nelson who was considered the star in the academy ahead of Saka, ESR, etc. Problem is Ethan's competing w/ MO, Eze, & Max at attacking mid, and Saka, Noni, & Max at right wing. Don't think he has quite the mentality to win the shirt.
@ScottWa32653998@tkteakster@adamkeys_ Transfermarkt has same stat: 17 games at Left Wing, 33 at Attacking Mid, 1 at Left Mid, 1 at Right Wing, and 1 at Striker. So, about 1/3 of the time he's played LW this past season.
@timstillman_ England have been quite poor, both collectively and, in many cases, individually. Unable to cope with Spain's press and losing the ball (or making poor passes) too often.
@GoonerOak@EBL2017 The issue is that the Directors of Football were leery of any coach who would challenge their authority & push back on their approach to squad building and player usage. It's why they hired Potter and Rosenior, and pissed off Maresca (though he was clearly eyeing the City job).
@RodinSimi Such an ignorant post. Saliba has a back injury that has to be managed and might even require surgery at some point to relieve the pain. Plus, he just played in the Champions League final last Saturday and had a parade on Sun. Obviously he was being rested.
@onidajoaye Classless club that won nothing until a Russian Oligarch bought you and pumped billions into the club (and paid agents under the table). Chelsea and City distorted the Premier League and basically bought titles. Why fans of other clubs have no respect whatsoever for Chelsea.
@Kish_P14 Spurs are only a Big 6 club because it's in London and relatively wealthy. The club has won only 2 First Division titles (1951, 1961) in over 130 years of existence. Everton and Villa have won many more titles and have cases for being bigger clubs.
@UtdMaI LOL. He's not better than Rice right now. He's worth £60m max but some club desperate for a midfield may pay more. West Ham paid £42 m for him (if all the add ons were met) one year ago.
