To the parents of the two boys going door-to-door offering lawn mowing — I’ve already contacted the police.
They knocked on my door this afternoon trying to sell lawn services. No paperwork. No company name. Nothing.
Do you understand that running an unlicensed business is ILLEGAL? In this neighborhood? Going house to house?
What happens when they damage someone’s property? Or get hurt on someone’s lawn? Who’s liable then? Because it won’t be me.
I don’t know who told them this was a good idea, but maybe teach them how business laws work before sending them door-to-door.
