@mayemusk Celiac disease and an allergy are different. My son is 16 and had a gluten allergy.He goes into anaphylactic shock...his body turns red like a sun burn...he get hives.What's interesting is his body has a natural defense mechanism against it His tongue "burns" he says when eats it
