Flown Frontier many times between over the years. Today has been the most infuriating experience I've had with any airline. Frontier employees Celeste and Nicole at the AUS - The South Terminal were extremely rude and unprofessional. I want a REFUND!!

Celeste and Nicole were unprofessional the whole onboarding process. Why tf was I forced to check my carry-on that meets your dimensions (24"x16"x10) and then charged $99?! So disappointing
