Trump has banned the USPS from sending out any ballots in states where they do not allow access to the voter rolls.
If Steve Hobbs doesn't hand over the voter rolls not a single ballot will be sent out via USPS for the election in November.
Every ballot will be required have unique barcodes to verify each individual voter and provide an actual chain of custody.
States will hand over the voters rolls and confirm each voter is eligible against a verified citizen list or the ballot will not be sent out.
