@crowsmack I feel bad that all my suggestions you had already seen! I'm not caught up on the latest season either, so hopefully it's good!
On my list atm is: Blue Eyed Samurai, Scavenger's Reign, & finish up Hilda.
@crowsmack Arcane! 13+, so maybe a solo-watch. It's violent, but gritty and the animation is so so so so wonderful. The characters, story, and overall emotion/tone is phenomenal.
@crowsmack Voltron: Legendary Defender?
Enjoyed the characters and the comradery, easy to get attached to them. Some of the animation in the later seasons is gorgeous.
Dragon Prince
Suffers from poor/rushed animation, a generic plot/story, but the characters shine.
(I have one more!)
@Ari_ishere_ & that two hours was mostly a result of not having any graces from the get-go. So the possibility is there when you decide to come back to Elden Ring!
@Ari_ishere_ I went into the DLC with a New Game + file & thought I'd had to replay the entire game. I read some guides & found out that I could, ultimately, just kill two bosses, do some errand quests, & get into the DLC. I think it took about 2 hours?
@Meylamay Tress of the Emerald Sea by Brandon Sanderson.
Young girl has to venture out into the world to save someone she loves. Has a Kikiโs delivery service vibe and isnโt that long of a read (if I remember.)
tw/ pet loss
On July 24th, my cat suffered a traumatic clot event and passed away shortly after we took him to the ER vet.
I had him for 17 years & while I know that's a good age for a cat, his abrupt departure has crushed my family.
Izzy, I miss you more than I ever imagined. You were an incredible cat and I am so thankful that I was chosen to move that food plate a few inches over to you because you couldn't be bothered to do it yourself. <3
I just ask for people to not say, "He lived a long time!" I know he did. But his death was not something we expected at this time.
If you have pets, make sure to give them a treat and love from me.

@Ari_ishere_ @Finamenon TL;DR: The stuff you like is cool! You're cool! I'm sorry you're going through a struggle right now, but I hope you find comfort in your friends. :)
@Ari_ishere_ @Finamenon I had to remove myself from a lot of social circles in order to help alleviate the 'cup always empty feeling' (at least that was my solution!) But I feel that my conversations with people are now more fulfilling and I feel I'm being heard. (3)
