I remember that conversation. I remember the conversation that proceeded it as well where this project, that I believe had somewhat been attempted previously by @luna_lover69@frag_dude and @traderrocko was explained to me. What they wanted to do now was a bit more ambitious, but didn’t know if it could actually be done and did not yet possess the technical know-how to make it happen.
I said, “I know a guy. Let me chat with him.” My good friend Lu was intrigued. I had been speaking with him about LUNC for quite a while, and he thought revamping Anchor was the first real idea he had heard for revitalizing Terra Classic.
I introduced the guys and the first meeting was fun, and for me, very educational. Lu wanted time to do a little research and see if the idea could actually come to fruition.
It might’ve been a couple of weeks before he came back with the answer. And here we are today - way beyond, “Can we possibly re-make something like Anchor”.
Lu has become an integral part of this project, team, and family. “Co-Dev”, I affectionately named him. “Shadow Gypsy” for those in-the-know.
Together, this trio, Puya, Till, and Lu have made miracles happen before my very eyes.
The best part is, they’re not done. Not by a longshot.
Project Flywheel is ambitious. Very ambitious. I’ve read the draft. The idea is not fully complete, but it’s clear to see where it’s going.
It’s simply the first plan I have seen (and I’ve seen most of them) that made me say to myself, “that could really work.”
When I first met @luna_lover69 some four years ago, I knew that he was intelligent, logical, and he seemed to have a a realistic grasp on situations pertaining to the Terra Rebels and LUNC. I had no idea, the things bouncing around in this guy‘s head. Nor did I understand his level of competence and determination.
Pay attention. Prepare for shock and awe.
This all seems pretty straightforward to me. There are those who are perfectly happy and content that #TerraClassic’s only use case be staking. They might run a successful Validator node or two that brings in some bit of passive income. They recite staking rewards as a motivation for delegators to come to them, which increases their voting power. And if the chain never becomes anything else – if the typical investor never sees terra-luna:native rise, substantially in value - so be it.
This is evidenced by their argument for proposal #12224 which is centered around “stakers and how the proposal would benefit them.” as if the other 86% of LUNC that is held yet not staked is irrelevant.
Stakers are an important part of the system. No one denies that.
However, from what I see, approximately 14% of the LUNC that is held is actually staked. That tells me that there are a lot of LUNC holders/investors who are not relying on rewards to earn an income on this chain. They are looking for the chain to build, increase in value, and claim its place in the top Blockchains.
So, two schools of thought:
Status quo - make Validator compensation and staker rewards the priority focus.
Build the ecosystem - assure a healthy community pool to be used for security and innovation and development that would truly benefit everyone.
#12224 does not solve the problem of a diminishing Oracle pool. It delays it and assures Validator’s get paid a little longer before running out.
It might slow the bleed, but it doesn’t cauterize the wound.
And it’s clearly puts a cap on the chain’s ability to develop.
IMHO passing prop #12224 would only serve a small percentage of LUNC investors and not even indefinitely.
It is surrendering all hope of our chain ever attracting new users and builders and concentrates on simply preserving what we have now a bit longer.
Rejecting it is looking to the future and proclaiming we still believe Terra Classic can become more.
Imagine a caterpillar in its cocoon. You know when it emerges, it will be a beautiful butterfly.
However, before it totally breaks out, it becomes something else. Something even bigger and more fantastically beautiful than you could’ve imagined.
This will be the story told about @JurisProtocol
It started as this - it turned into that.

Our Position on Proposal #12224
Over the past several days, there has been considerable discussion surrounding Proposal #12224, the Community Pool, and the long-term funding of Terra Classic.
We’ve published a detailed article explaining Juris Protocol’s position, acknowledging where criticism of our initial messaging was fair, clarifying where disagreements remain, and outlining why we believe capital allocation matters for the long-term growth of the chain.
This is not about personalities or sides. It is about policy, economics, and what we believe gives Terra Classic the strongest foundation for sustainable growth.
We encourage the community to read it, examine the arguments, and reach its own conclusions.

🚨Terra Classic governance has an important infrastructure proposal up for discussion.
Let’s simplify this: https://t.co/RJ9S70cWlh
It’s all about keeping Terra Classic connected.
The proposal funds continued IBC relaying for Terra Classic routes connected to Osmosis, Noble, and Axelar.
In simple terms:
IBC relayers help chains talk to each other.
Without active relayers, cross-chain transfers can slow down, packets can get stuck, liquidity access can be disrupted, and apps depending on bridged assets can be affected.
This proposal funds infrastructure from May 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
Bumeo Capital B.V. would handle infrastructure, financial administration, coordination, and community communications.
LuncGoblins / Till Ziegler aka @luncgoblins / @frag_dude would retain full technical and operational authority over the relayer infrastructure.
The request is for €12,100 total (<$14,000 USD) including precautionary Dutch VAT (Value Added Tax)
No labor costs are being requested.
This is the kind of work that matters if Terra Classic is going to be recognized as serious infrastructure with operational reliability.
The name is the same.
The chain is not.
