Is this how I should speak to the State Department — as a U.S. citizen under active threat in Mexico, battling cancer, surviving assassination attempts, and still building systems to uplift a town?
Respectfully? Yes.
But silence is not part of the deal.

Let’s break this down:

I was contracted to build 4 websites — basic builds.
Instead, I delivered:
4 full sites

2 complete webapps

A lead-gen system
Backend automation for dental and property operations

SEO and AI infrastructure that would cost 6 figures in the U.S.
All for $45,000 — half-price agency rates for Mexico.

I added the extras because I believed in helping this town — because my wife and I came here for cancer treatment, and when she died on Dec 16, 2023, I chose to stay behind and finish the work we started together.

She would’ve stood and fought exactly like I am now.

Instead of paying what they owe, they tried to take it all — even the code.
They attempted to steal the designs, concepts, backend logic — not knowing I had marked every asset.

Then planned to beat the rest of us to death “to save bullets.”

This information is necessary to ensure my rights as a U.S. citizen are fully preserved while operating within the framework of Mexican jurisdiction. I intend to use this documentation to coordinate my actions with both legal counsel and federal representatives as needed for the prosecution of Dr. Edrick Villagran (Dentist) Villamed Dental, Los Algodones Mexico. and part of a larger group of businesses and a substantial part of towns real state and employment.
