@daaniel7101@Bonytheartist@Julius_Garfield When WoU felt it was underthreat, it had to make the person pursue them. If someone is able to ignore the pursue condition, WoU can be beaten and this is shown via Kaato and Kei. Go Beyond is not the only way to beat a stand like WoU.
@ani5102@daaniel7101@Julius_Garfield Pucci only does the twitch once and never again, plus the scene can be interpreted as Jotaro seeing things due to Pucci reverting his pose. Pucci didn't even move for a full second either, he only moved his eyes once and never again
@Bonytheartist@daaniel7101@Julius_Garfield If Calamity was as true as the other guy claims, then no one can even beat WoU, but it’s clear there is ways to go around it without by abusing its conditions.
@ani5102@daaniel7101@Julius_Garfield Pucci moving for a fraction of second doesn't mean he bypasses time skip or can necessarily move during it, it was only during the inital activation too. If it weren't for Jolyne possibly dying, Jotaro wins in that situation.
@ani5102@daaniel7101@Julius_Garfield Gravity is both a metaphor and a literal representation of fate, the way Made in Heaven works is by manipulating gravity to speed up time. Hence why it effects timestop.
@daaniel7101@Julius_Garfield Once time is stopped, calamity is useless and we've been shown that it's not always the most violent option and can be avoided.
@daaniel7101@Julius_Garfield Time Stop actively stops fate from being in play, that's why it's so powerful. Space and Time are aspects of Fate and actively stopping these for a time to allow you to do anything without fate interrupting you. WoU can't do anything in time stop at all.
@PixelbyPerfect@Julius_Garfield I do believe GER is the strongest stand, but it depends on how Araki believes Time Stop interacts with GER. If GER can exist in literal erased time, does that imply he can move around in Time Stop? If not, then SP wins.
@_cecilxo_@AnimexTwts The funny part is the WIT style is still used for a majority of promotional images outside of the anime. Mappa failed to capture what made AOT so big, no one even remembers their seasons really.
@Nozth0ra@AnimexTwts WIT was also making the style more mature as they went, by the end of Season 3, it looked like the best aspects of the manga and anime style. Mappa style was a downgrade it every aspect.
@Kraezy2@AnimexTwts The funny part about this comparison is the Mappa one isn't even animated and it probably straight up traced from the manga version. WIT designed the characters to move and it shows.
