It starts off with them telling you that an unborn disabled life has no value, that termination is the right and compassionate thing to do to spare it from being born into suffering.

Next, they start telling you that the life of a living disabled person has no value, and that it's the right and compassionate thing to do to assist them to die so that they don't have to continue to suffer.

Then, they start talking about the 'burden' and 'suffering' they impose on an abled society. They give up all pretence of it being in the name of compassion and start openly framing it through the lens of their own selfish needs. They say the quiet part out loud. "We can't look after them." "They're a burden."

And before you know it, they have no problem with the entire group being led to the gas chambers.
