@airvistara Haven’t felt more cheated before, your new plane travelling from New Delhi to Frankfurt has so called premium economy for which we paid double the amount of economy,is actually a fake economy class. No foot rest, no extra leg space, such pathetic experience.

@divija67 @airvistara @airvistara this is robbing of people hard earned money, I have travelled before 3 times in premium economy, that why we upgraded it to have a comfortable journey,, only to know you have put us in forward economy seats, which I could have booked by paying 2500 rs extra,,

@airvistara earlier premium had separate section and seating were 232 now this new plane has 333 same as economy,, I don’t expect this from a Tata partnered company.

@MercedesBenz @MercedesBenzInd I contacted your customer care but it’s as useless as the service given to us at Karnal. First they damage our tyre, repair it without our knowledge, now ask us to pay for the new tyre. What sort of customer centric organization are you?!

@tcookin giving cheap hotels after charging so much is not acceptable! People choose you for your brand name and you just give disappointment in return. My parents are currently in Belgium and have been given a super cheap, stinking hotel with no WiFi or Ac working. Such a shame.

2 things- 1. My parents are asked again to come to Delhi early morning with a prior intimation of a few hours to reach from Chandigarh.
2. They have already spent 25k on the previous useless appointment.

@airindiain - I have booked a seat for my wife & infant (3 months), for which I called your customer care to book a bassinet but was refused stating their is no bassinet seat in this flight.
Can you please check & arrange one or are we allowed to get a car seat/pram in cabin?
