我反感虐待小动物的人。我反感的点在于：政治学上有一个道理：如果民众无法产生自发秩序，利维坦（强大的政府）就会强力管治，没收自由。

虐待动物者滥用自由，最终会招来利维坦的强力弹压。利维坦一出手往往就会打击面过大，牵连很多无辜之人。

@tongbingxue 我认为关键在于，那个年代人们习惯于自负其责。今天人们习惯于追究管理者的责任，上级也喜欢向下追责。一旦出事，游客的家属一定要闹，景区相关管理者也要被处理。所以这样的自由行为不会再出现了。

我上学时，下课了追跑打闹很正常。现在有的学校甚至要求学生下课了也不许乱动，就怕出了事承担责任。

The Ukrainian government couldn’t hold a nationwide election while ensuring the safety. So I think that’s reasonable.
