@GMB I have worked in a school for almost 25 years, to get 30 children to brush their teeth is not something teachers should do. Maybe in response to Ed Balls comment about not teaching an EYFS class,could GMB send Ed to a school to show how hard it is.

Yes,today our English focus was understanding the use of an exclamation mark,and using adjectives in sentences to make them more exciting!

Remember adjectives are words which describe nouns to make them more exciting!

In year one we have been looking at the differences with coins and notes. We have tried to recognise as many coins as we can. Today we have tried to recognise notes. Perhaps the children could help find the money when you go to the shops ?

We had the most fantastic English lesson today in the Forest school area. We used our senses to describe things we could see,hear,smell and touch.

Our final session with the CAP ladies today, our session today was really important. The ladies showed us ways to keep ourselves safe,and to recognise our emotions. Remember you can always tell an adult .

Nurture club is a calming area where children can take part in quiet and calming activities. Children have participated in planting seeds,mindfulness drawings and imaginative paintings .
No wonder we are always full.
