@AnnaSkiing Now is good, the soil is nice and warm. They do take a few years to get established and it can be 5 years before you see any flowers at all. It's an investment. Consider getting it professionally trained when it grows up a bit, that'll ensure max flowering and a good structure.
First time in a few years I've had flowers on the wisteria - been frosted at a critical moment in the last couple of years. Doing a bit of a double act with the lilac.
