The front half of the double punch bowl 9th green. We’re going to extend the back of the green creating another bowl backed by fine fescue with a wall of fescue separating the 2 bowls. Short grass will extend all the way to the covered patio and bar.

The 3rd hole at Uncle Henry’s brings putter into play with the front pin location. Huge backstop if you want to throw a spinner in there!!!

@bentgrassdoctor 007xl is looking great on our new par 3 course. Greens are 007xl with tees and fairways 007. We’re slowly working greens down .010 a week along with a weekly top dressing. Down to .120 by September 1st. Any benefit to bringing them down faster?

@iTweetTurf Do as much in house as possible & Hire a shaper that can and will take it to finish/grassed. Working on 1 hole/area at a time may allow club to stay open longer. Scope of work, sequence, and disturbance areas need to be defined before the project starts. Refuse/Reuse.
