@Asurion @AsurionCares 12 business days since notification subcontractor hired broke stove & NO phone call. Is is normal for the stove knobs to fall off when you brush past the stove? I guess I should have been worried when there was an impact drill and screws left on the floor.

Repairman came didn’t know where switch was located had to call someone to talk him through used an impact drill didn’t know ge has hex screws; admitted never had training @asurion @AsurionCares

@AsurionCares @Asurion gap in back of stove in excess of 1/4 in the gap between front cover and the glass is in excess of 1/4 in that steams when oven works; screws over tightened cracking plates ;18 new gouges in cooktop stove does not maintain temp; 10 days no call
