Once she was the next in line yelling for Elmo they say he’s leaving, I ask for 30 seconds for her to say hi and the pushed him away and said Elmo was gone. My daughter was heartbroken and so was her mama.

@SeaWorld broke my mom heart this week. We were booked to have the dolphin experience and their computers were down so we couldn’t check in, then they wouldn’t refund. Secondly my daughter was next in line to see Elmo, after 2 people let us ahead of them at the 5 minute mark.
