@SP_EnergyPeople answer your phone lines been waiting for neary 2 hours on your emergency number which no1 is probably their to answer. I have no gas and 3 children who are freezing

@SP_EnergyPeople 2 hours phoning and getting hung up on then closed lines at 4.27 currently 40 mins on the emergency line not holding out hope ill be answered untill a few years currently sat with 3 freezing children as meter has a battery fail supposed to be on priority list to
