@ZACKGRElNKE I’ve been trying to eat more veggies throughout the day lately. What helps me is cutting up veggies like cucumbers, celery, carrots, broccoli, etc. and having them in a container in the fridge ready to eat during the week. Find a dip you like to eat with them.
