Glad to report that I have been promoted to the rank of Full Professor at the Mech. Eng. Dept. of the U of Alberta (effective July 01, 2022). I would like to thank all of my past and current group members and collaborators for their contributions to this recognition of success.

@JBuriak @scburdet Cast iron is good. But I highly recommend taking it a level up with a good quality carbon steel. One can start with a De Buyer Mineral B. However, I need to warn that this is a dangerous road to travel as I had to stop when my collections value hit really high $$$.
