During the weekend someone has come in and vandalised the school’s polytunnel. This will not only have an impact on our children’s pastoral sessions but will also cost several hundred pounds to replace. Any information regarding this vandalism please contact the school office.

Yesterday, we said an emotional goodbye to our friend and colleague Sam, Mrs Asterley.

Today her flowers have been laid in the school allotment on Herb Hill and next to Mrs Asterley's beautiful artwork.

Last week, we lost Mrs Asterley - my best friend. Sam and I took on the neglected school allotment 5 years ago, winning many awards in that time. Pictured, proudly wearing our Blue Peter badges and @ShrewsFlowerShw exhibits pass.

We are using waste cardboard to cover the beds over winter. This will cut down on weeds and add carbon back into the soil.
