@CalSleeper Was so excited to be trying the double room. Mattress is past end of life - paper thin and felt every bump. Wasn’t the comfy night I thought it was going to be 🥲 Now to wait to get into hotel to try to get some sleep!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried it twice. First time chat went dead. Second time, apparently they’ll pick up chat. Meantime there’s an 87 year old who relies on email/iMessage to keep in touch sitting with a router that needs reset 3 times a day.

@SkyHelpTeam 87 year old family member tried online chat today as her 20 year old router packing in twice a day - had set her up with accessible team due to visual impairment but they wanted her to read code on back of router then cut off chat after she couldn’t. Can you help?
