@virginmedia I can 100% assure you I will be moving to Sky if this not resolved once the engineer has been! I expect 100% service 365 days a year for what I pay

@virginmedia Internet and tv down again today, have to wait 3 days for an engineer, I’m assuming I will be compensated for this?
