@TicketmasterCS I have ordered tickets for Kiss at the OVO Hydro Glasgow on 8 Jul 23. I have followed this page to receive a DM only to be sent a link to the help page of which I have already sent a request. Still waiting after 24 hours for a response. Starting to panic a bit.

@JustEatUK received an email from Just Eat saying my refund request is not being looked at as I can’t provide photo evidence of an order I didn’t receive. So will be raking the bins to take a photo of the one I did receive. £60 out of pocket for a mixup caused by just eat driver. Not happy.
