Women are absolutely terrible at holding their friends accountable. Your friend group will literally watch you make the most destructive, toxic relationship and financial choices possible, and instead of telling you the harsh truth, they will just hype you up in the group chat with "he doesn't deserve you, queen." A lot of women aren't victims of bad men; they are victims of enabler friends who refuse to tell them when they are the ones ruining their own lives.

Emotional intelligence isn’t about catering to someone else’s every mood. It’s the ability to control your OWN emotions, think clearly under pressure, and respond like a rational adult. It’s about self-control, awareness, and taking responsibility for how your feelings affect others.
