I’m not staying up for the Scotland match, I’ll record it and watch tomorrow….
No, I’m definitely not staying up for the Scotland match…
👀 Ooh look, the Scotland match
🙈🏴😅
The million dollar questions are why, and why did it take them a whole, costly bidding process to work this one out.
Depending on what happened with the bids etc, if Y11 believes that the process was never serious and that they have been misled, they could have a case for costs
The WRU has created complete chaos, a lot of which could have been avoided if they had been upfront and transparent. So the most important question of all, why should anyone trust them now, especially with the future of the sport in Wales?
The full accounts for the Welsh Rugby Union were lodged with Companies House last month - can be accessed for free by going to the Companies House website. Worth noting that there are limited companies underneath, so need to look at their accounts as well to get the full picture
@BBCSportWales@stephenjones9 Funny how the hierachy were invisible throughout the earlier games, but suddenly available to TV after a win. One win over Italy is hugely welcome, but does not remotely undo the damage they’ve inflicted over years…..
Wales winning through the sheer intestinal fortitude of their players and coaching staff does, I worry, embolden the WRU that they are on the right path. They aren't.
Wales won in spite of the WRU.
Mr Reddin.
We were NEVER disconnected from the team. The disconnect is with the WRU, created by the WRU!
And yes, many agreed that ‘a change’ was needed, but as you hadn’t given the detail of the ‘change’, how could people give an informed and answer?
So stop referencing that!
Here is Abi Tierney’s version of what was said at the meeting with Swansea Council.
And yet she and the chair Richard Collier-Keywood have said the sale of Cardiff to Y11 wouldn’t mean the Ospreys are the team cut.
Please someone tell me if I’m missing something.
If England are in such a dire place maybe they could get Dave Reddin to have a look at the setup?
Think you'll find the answer is having every team owned by the RFU and all the players training in one big supersquad out of Burton-Upon-Trent
