Tonight I was due to speak at an event hosted by friends of Restore Britain.

Yesterday, a group of progressive Reddit users mobilised, lobbied Eventbrite to take the event down, and hysterically contacted the venue, spooking the staff.

I planned to speak about our pledges, why Restore Britain is needed, our investigations unit, and how people can use the Freedom of Information Act.

I’m sorry to those who bought tickets, your money will have been refunded.

The organisers are already working to reschedule the event.

This is the kind of behaviour we will keep facing until we turn the country around.

A carer who brutally abused and killed a dog in front of children at a park has been permanently struck off from the profession.

Aija Cernevica, 30, from Kilbirnie in North Ayrshire, is currently serving a three-year prison sentence for the horrific attack. The incident shocked witnesses after the dog, which was in her care, was repeatedly beaten, kicked, and fatally strangled in public.

A hearing was told the animal was subjected to prolonged cruelty before dying at the scene, leaving children and onlookers traumatised by what they witnessed. It was also revealed Cernevica was carrying several blades during the attack.

The Scottish Social Services Council has now ruled that she is banned from working in care services. Animal cruelty has no place in society.

140 hours community service and 7 year ban, thats what the court thought. So we think that just like obi and his fake pet sitting crays hill pet sitters she deserves to be named in her local community and known as an abuser of innocent animals who cant speak up.
