, the shop were great whilst buying the sofa but after care disgraceful, we even bought added protection what a waste of money, my advice is be careful when buying from furniture

and basically we're quite abrupt so took it to the ombudsman who spoke to furniture village and didn't even come and look at the furniture, who said no further action paid a lot of money for our sofas.

I bought a sofa of furniture village orpington after a month creases started forming in the chairs, they sent an engineer round who said nothing wrong with it so went to furniture village who were no help at all even saying do you sit on the sofa!!!
