Any child who doesn't have all the right equipment on any day will get a demerit and an automatic hour long detention after school. How many adults would like that policy in their workplace? Would it help you to organise yourself? Or might it make you highly anxious?

I've reflected all night at the utter contempt my son was treated with during his #ehcp #review not often I'm caught on the back foot, he was sent to stand in the corridor on arrival and then neither of us were introduced, they began the meeting without acknowledgment, he's 22!
