Feeling annoyed why do websites allow you order something, take the money then days later they tell you oh that's out of stock etc. why does it allow you to order it then ffs

@IrishRail please fix the leap card reader at Enfield train station. Its not reading anyones card. It's the one at the big car park. I had to run back up to the other reader at the other end of car park and nearly missed the train.

@constanceshortc Then you get when two people have the same seat booked and Irish rail allows it to happen then when you tell them about it, they say it's highly unlikely that a double booking was allowed be made and more or less say you are lying.

@sj2301__ @IrishRail That happened last Friday evening too. Lady driver was lovely and kept us informed going up and down the carriages but unfortunately it's not always the case. You are usually left in limbo.

@IrishRail What good would have calling a member of staff done. I was already humiliated, the lady wasn't moving from the seat and I still had to stand. Please send me the link to officially complain about this.

@IrishRail why do you allow two people to book the same seat. Feeling very sick & had my seat booked & my name is on the screen but the person sitting in it said it was their seat & didn't move. They showed me their ticket & it was the same as mine. Now I've to stand so fed up

@IrishRail Yes it's for the exact service I'm on. I am feeling ill and now have to stand in the heat, in the crowds etc when I paid for a reserved seat

@IrishRail I'm afraid you are wrong there. It's happened to me twice. She was booked from Connolly as was I. She booked her seat last week and I booked mine yesterday so why would it allow me to pick that seat if it was already reserved.

@IrishRail someone definitely was smoking in toilets. Another couple blaring their phone and having video calls with no headphones for whole journey. Very annoying. I thought all calls had to be with headphones and that you had cctv.
