@HowdensJoinery Not impressed with customer service. Dryer not worked since installed 2 months ago and getting run around from manager, Kevin at Yeovil. Already been repaired once and you insist on another repair. I don’t want the Lamona machine anymore. It is not safe.

@qvcuk Spoke to Danielle from Finance Services who said my complaint wasn’t even escalated when I asked days ago and still waiting for the confirmation email she said she would send within 5 minutes of call ending. Still waiting.
@qvcuk very outdated payment system. Refuse to take extra payments to clear balance earlier and then manager is too busy to speak with you on phone. Shocking customer service from the 1980s
@qvcuk You have taken money out of my account without authorisation. There is no way of seeing how many payments are due without the hassle of phoning you. You can’t make extra payments. You take money when you are not supposed to.
@qvcuk Hi there Stacey-Remember me? I did email you and you didn’t reply when you couldn’t put confirmation in writing about payments. Still not heard from manager as promised either. Today however QVC took an EXTRA UNAUTHORISED payment from my bank. Maybe you could reply to my email.
@JustEatUK Totally rubbish when you get a cold order and you are forced to take a credit note and not a refund! I don’t want to order through you again. Trouble is you send your drivers with about three orders and if you are last on delivery round you are bound to get cold food.
@tobycarvery I have messaged 5 times via messenger on fb since Saturday. No courtesy of a reply. Had a shocking meal delivered from your Hilsea restaurant on Saturday. Cold. Very poorly packed. Damaged food. Not one of your staff has returned my messages.
