@virginmedia Residential. Your missing payments team have had all the paperwork they asked for. Just no reply other than an automated blah blah blah email. Adding the CEO in now too. Someone is accountable. Not even a telephone number to call them. The standard numbers are dreadful

@virginmedia Still waiting on that response. and also a response from Missing Payments team. They have had all the information they asked for but have heard nothing. Once they have found it, I shall be going with BT - disgraceful customer service
