@WomensGameMIB@NWSL NWSL needs to be careful of what kind of league they’re going to be. We have some of the best young talent in the world. Is it worth sacrificing that for an over 30 y/o Euro Player? Assuming that’s what this is, I say no.
@TheBolivianYank Couldn’t agree more. Australia could drop points and still be okay since Paraguay is up next for them and they’re not looking too hot. If we drop points, you have a potential must win vs Turkey who would also be in the same boat. It’s a trap game for us.
@MLShater If Poch values the mobility and fluidity we showed at times vs Germany, you go with the same Mid and Fwd combo understanding that you will be prone to counterattacks and transitions. If you want to be more structured and disciplined in the middle, you go with Berhalter.
@1776Bradley People fall in love with his athleticism but fail to point out he’s get caught out of possession a lot. Still beleive he’s part of our starting CB core.
Not having Tessman or Morris is more of a snub than Luna. We move on and support this team unconditionally. Also, love the Hispanic representation on this team as a fellow Latino. #usmnt
@USSoccerColl As much as ppl are complaining about the lack of young MLS players on the WC Squad, I’m trully looking forward to the first usmnt camp after the WC with the inclusion of said players. Bright future ahead.
@TheLateRunShow If we’re talking about soccer 20 30 years ago, it wouldn’t have mattered due to how far behind we are in terms of culture, coaching, & youth development. If our best athletes started playing soccer now, maybe we could get into the top 7–8 countries in the world in 10-15 years.
@USMNTinEurope A lot of it has to do with the formation and style of play at Milan. Even Leao is struggling this season. My biggest worry is will Pulisic revert to “hero ball” in an attempt to get himself going and cause the usmnt play to suffer.
@TheBolivianYank He needs players who understand the movement off the ball that promotes and supports this play. Who do we have that does that? Thats always been my worry with Johnny and the #usmnt.
Pulisic will always be dangerous with the USMNT my concern is given that he has a lack of form and is currently in a drought for goals & assist, it will turn him into a selfish player in order to get himself going. In those acts of selfishness, does that help or hurt the team?
