Tarrio is currently sitting through a seditious conspiracy trial stemming from the Jan. 6 attack.

Tarrio’s defense blamed Trump heavily for inspiring a crowd to entire the Capitol, citing Trump’s call to “fight like hell” on the morning of the 6th.
