@StagecoachMids#northampton.....what is it with the electronic timetables on bus stops...all it says what time bus should arrive, no change if bus is late or not arriving, pointless!!!

@StagecoachMids#Northampton.....when you ask for a day rider as have to get 4 buses and driver gives you single and won't change it blaming me and raises his voice to me as i questionned it is not very professional....he could change it..driver on 12A this morning into town just before 7am..

@StagecoachMids Just been told they had no driver for number 12 due at 18 25....19.05 finally get on bus....only 3 hours to get home when usually 40 mins....appalling service....don't send dodgy 58 bus out again tomorrow, just a tip!!!!!!!
@StagecoachMids#Northampton..today 58 and 7 from moulton park didn't arrive, hour wait for next bus to town......half hour wait for number 12 when get into town....bus arrived no driver to leave at 18.25....now got wait another half hour.....explain stagecoach???
@StagecoachMids I obviously know more than you...the 58 has broken down again, probably used same bus as one broke down on Monday and number 7 driver hasn't done his job properly., not put ttacking on....just be honest instead of sending automated messge back
@StagecoachMids It is not out of your control. It is total incompetence of your operational managers,....there better be no further inconvenience going forward or you will be compensating my weekly ticket for services you promote but can't deliver on.
