@fedex@fedexhelp Still no follow up beyond opening a case number. How does a package get delayed for a week, and you still can't provide any insight? This is ridiculous.
@FedExHelp How are you still in business? Delivery exceptions, on truck for delivery twice with no delivery, phone call to customer service was useless, on truck now, but delivery date has been changed to tomorrow. This is just the latest of several issues.
