#AlaskaAirlines lost my luggage. I called about filing a claim and asked for a callback, 8 days no call back. I called and stayed on hold 44 minutes. I filled out an online form. Their response is they'll let me know in a month. #poorservice

@AlaskaAir Central baggage hasn't returned my call in 8 days. I received my bags 3 days into my trip. I'm trying to get the reimbursement information on purchases I had to make for those 3 days. It shouldn't take hours on hold, days without a callback nor a month for an email.
